Minas Passage Line
Partner Organization: Acadia University
Principal Investigator: Michael Stokesbury
Partner Lead Technician: Jeremy Broome
OTN's Minas Passage Line consists of 12 receiver stations across the narrowest portion of the Passage from Cape Sharp to Cape Split. The line is deployed seasonally from approximately April to November because of the harsh environmental conditions. Tracking arrays in the area by the Acadia Centre for Estuarine Research (Director, Anna Redden) complement the OTN Minas Passage Line.
